TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (ESIA) AT KIKULETWA

The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received fund from the World Bank under the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project (EASTRIP), this is a five years project (2018-2023). Arusha Technical College (ATC) is one of the government institution benefiting from the project. ATC is directing the funds to the development of Kikuletwa Renewable Energy Training and Research Centre (KRETC) into the Centre of Excellence in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in energy and renewable energy technologies for East and Central Africa Region.

It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments for procuring consultancy services for updating the environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) for Kikuletwa renewable energy training and research centre to accommodate new infrastructures to be developed.
